Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet cleared) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 14 business days, subject to successful verification. Balances below ₱100 may be subject to a processing fee.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened within 30 days by sending a written request, unless a self-exclusion is in effect.
